​Attach the First Strap: Using two cinch straps per post, secure the first strap about 2-3 inches from the top of the net post.

Attach the Second Strap: Attach the second cinch strap roughly one foot below the top strap.

Tighten the Strap: After securing both posts, rotate one or both posts to take up any slack in the strap for a firm and stable setup.

Adjust Height: Use the three scribed lines on each post to adjust the strap to your desired height for different drills.

Start Training: Once set up, use the adjustable target for practicing dinks, drives, serves, and more.
